The convention in this repository is to keep the file in this registry itself. Because you technically won't be able to commit the file to main branch until merged, just swap the branch to main.

Both the APIs seem to be down and return an HTTP 405 error. I'm also not sure whether testnet-rpc2.autheo.com is the correct endpoint for REST since the name seems to imply it's an RPC endpoint.
