This PR adds a
.deepsource.tomlfile that will configure the following analyzers on every PR, commit, and subsequent merges to the default branch: JavaScript, Python, Shell, SQL, Terraform, Test coverage.DeepSource will start the initial analysis the moment this PR is merged to the default branch. The results can be seen on the dashboard here: https://app.deepsource.com/gh/correlation-one/edx-ora2/. There is no additional action needed.
