Replication 0.2.1

Highlights:

• Add ability to cancel, suspend, and enable Replications through the UI and command line.
• A Replication's statistics (number of items transferred, megabytes transferred) will now be updated while a Replication is running.
• Overall better handling for server errors and not found pages in the UI.
• Add support for displaying header/footer information in the UI.

Fixes:

• UI should now work in Internet Explorer.
• Error messages in the UI when deleting a Node being used in Replication will now properly be dismissed.
• Fix an issue in the UI with overflowing names and host names when viewing Nodes.
