* Add version 2.4.2, which - despite the patchlevel versioning - is a huge release with ACES 2 officially being released * Remove a few relatively old versions

Summary
Changes to recipe: opencolorio/2.4.2
Motivation
Version 2.4.2 is despite the patchlevel version a huge release as it finally contains ACES 2.0 which is a final update while maintaining binary compatibility with previous 2.4 versions which contained it in a preview state.
Removing a few older versions to keep the recipe a bit clean. Only usage in CCI is openimageio which consumes 2.3.1 (which I realized we don't keep building anymore so I'll submit a upgrade for that afterwards.
