This patch makes sure that debian-based OSMorphing process sets up mac address matching in migrated netplan static configuration, thus making sure that the migrated guest has in-place static configuration and also keeps interface names intact.
This patch makes sure that exported instances never lose IP addressing information, even after replicating with instance off.
