Simplified end to end geoshop-extract infrastructure. It's a bit more difficult to run, but a lot easier to configure and debug.

Seems to work well as far as I can test.
Maybe consider adding some more information in the README one day, so that a newcomer knows how to start the composition, and the default credentials.
