Description of the changes
This PR upgrades the Argo CD deployment to the chart version v7.0.0 (I'll make the upgrade to the latest version once this has been merged).
Because the upstream chart's
values.yamlwas modified, this required multiple changes to ourlocals.tf, so I've made this PR to also include those changes.Breaking change
helm_valuesvariable; the v7.0.0 also contains breaking changes but those do not affect us directly;Tests executed on which distribution(s)
