Hello,

I’d like to propose switching from npm to Yarn as the default package manager for this repository. Yarn provides several advantages over npm, including:

  • Faster installation: Yarn uses parallelism to speed up the dependency installation process.
  • Deterministic dependency resolution: Yarn’s lockfile ensures consistency across all environments, making installs more reliable.
  • Better offline support: Yarn caches every package it downloads, allowing for faster installations even when offline.

This change can improve the development experience and help ensure more consistent builds across different environments.

Looking forward to your feedback!

Best regards,
D.
