Re-released bh CLI

Due to small number of accounts and the breaking change of the API while still in beta, bh tool is released again to avoid situations where new users use older version with the beta API that doesn't work anymore.

Since bh is now released on crates.io as well, downgrades will not happen anymore. This is a pretty stable release, but any future breaking changes will be documented.
