This version add a bunch of features and fixes

  • User can type a configurable string to stop escalation if no agent has been assigned to it yet
  • Creates an event after the Escalation started called hitlStarted, it's multi-usage, can be hooked to create an timeout for the escalation for example (using a scheduled event)
  • Adds support for [Botpress->Salesforce] files/images/videos/audios (as links) and [Salesforce->Botpress] images/pdf (their limitations)
  • Sending messages to a closed HITL conversation will finish the HITL Session (edge cases)
  • Fix some of the issues that occur because of the HITL Agent race conditions (Being looked at by product)
