Description of changes:
I added sessionstate to agent's invoke_agent function, with this way it takes the s3 bucket name from the environment itself as sessionattribute and scientificplotlambda gets the s3 information via sessionAttributes.
I also gave s3: listbucket permission to the lambda function to enable access through lambda.
