Fix typos and improve documentation formatting

This PR includes the following changes:

• Fixed typo in test_agent_logging.py: strugling -> struggling
• Fixed typo in docs: Engineer capitalization consistency
• Added summary_method field to writer_chat_queue format
• Improved code formatting and readability

These changes help maintain consistent documentation and fix minor text issues across the codebase.
