Added other_engines folder to src directory to hold setup scripts for engines that are not qlever.
The scripts can be called on the command line by ->
q{engine_name} command --optionsFor e.g.:qoxigraph setup-config olympicsAdded Configfiles for dblp, default, imdb, olympics
Added oxigraph.py to setup sparql_endpoint for Oxigraph in a docker or podman container
