This pull request adds github discussion and update the conrtibuting.md file

Changes

  • Added github discussion for new contributors to get their queries resolved without create unnecessary GitHub Issues.
  • Updated contributing.md file to add discussion section.

  • Make sure to enable the discussion feature from maintainer's side.
