Edit characters

Characters can now be edited.

New add characters behaviour

Changed behaviour when adding characters to lessons and creating new lessons

Removed the "All" lesson which showed all characters
When creating a new character it automaticly gets added to the lesson from where it was initiated
When adding characters to a lesson, you can now:

• select lessons to copy all their characters
• click on a lesson and select characters from there

Characters get automaticly deleted when there is no lesson containing them

Search mode and bug fixes

Search mode

• Add field to search for lessons and characters
• Characters can additionally be searched by their hanzi, pinyin, translation or all of them

Bug fix

• Fix bug crashing app when clicking on a button multiple times in a row (#10)
