Halal ROFW Release v1.4

New update has been released!
Even more network related optimizations
Changes Windows' icon cache size to 16MB
Disables "Open File - Security Warning" for everything (Files take forever to open thanks to this pop-up)
Disables SysMain/Prefetch/Superfetch

Recommended:
Please take ownership of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\BackgroundModel\BackgroundAudioPolicy or run Registry Editor as TrustedInstaller to apply this.
Turning off High Presicion Event Timer is another step to improving latency and performance.
Turning off "Fade or slide menus into view" from Sysdm.cpl makes right-click menus open instantly (Does not apply to Windows 11's default right click menu)
Clean your Windows boot drive regularly and make sure it never passes 70% usage.
Always turn off full screen optimizations which will make your framerate more stable. (Will not work on DirectX 12+)
Disable transparency effects in Windows. You don't have to disable DWM (Aero) composition or it will use your CPU for rendering instead of your GPU. DWM (Aero) is a composition engine for Windows, created back in Windows Vista. Windows 10 and 11's transparency effects are blur/mica effects on top of DWM (Aero) composition.

That's about it for now, can't FIND any more Registry stuff I can change (edited)

Take ownership of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\BackgroundModel\BackgroundAudioPolicy or run Registry Editor as the NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM account and import this exact REG file.
Recommended to turn off HPET : Check the ReadME on v1.2 release.
