The update to the latest PyIFCB version required also updating the libraries in IFCB Dashboard to equivalent versions. Most were minor updates, but Pillow did go from 10.x to 11.x. I did run through the app and did not spot any issues, but @joefutrelle I would appreciate an extra set of eyes when you have a moment since this did update quite a few dependencies
