I had the an old Sector Alarm which was installed in 2012, which worked with the app.
This autumn (2023) did I upgrade to their latest version and now can't I find my (new) Alarm panel or my Yale doorman which also was installed by Sector Alarm technician.
I can only see my old panel even if it has been disabled by Sector Alarm (it is at least not visible in the App or on the Web anymore).
And yes, I have removed and reinstalled the app in Homey.
On the Homey forum does it looks like at least one other user with the new system can't connect.

I'm still on an older alarm system and do not have the same problem as you describe.
I will try to work a bit on the app this weekend/start of next week and see if I can get up to speed and figure something out.
