The addition of BIRR (Borrower Internal Risk Rating) and FRR (Facility Risk Rating) to loans, derivatives, accounts, and securities to enhance risk assessment:
Loans: BIRR reflects the borrower’s risk profile.
Derivatives: FRR assesses the risk of the derivative facility.
Accounts: BIRR/FRR ratings help evaluate account-related risks.
Securities: Both ratings gauge the risks of the asset and facility.
These changes improve risk management and decision-making across financial instruments.
