REQUIRES PG_DUMP.EXE BINARY TO WORK

Usage:

  1. Download pg_dump.exe or install pgAdmin 4
  2. Place script somewhere, specify database credentials and backups folder path
  3. Create Task Scheduler Job with my XML template, specify time schedule
  4. Additionally specify telegram bot credentials and chatId to send alerts
