Adds a reader for .ort file data. This ignores the header and just reads in the experimental dataset.

Fixes #334.

  • Script to read in data from .ort files
  • Correctly reads data when there are multiple datasets in the file?
  • Multiple examples (we have some example data from Max and from Rachel)
