We have set a time to meet daily to discuss the work done and to clarify all matters for those who have not fully clarified things.

Discussion between each other to solve the conflict and with the team leader.

We will keep on-touch in discord and Slack (No absence).

the strategy that ensuring all of the team members are heard by making a list of suggestions for each member every single day.
How will you ensure that you are creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up?
By allowing to speak effectively to each member and the importance of respecting all members with their different opinions and we will not allow anyone to speak out the topics of the project.
Work Plan :
How will you identify tasks, assign tasks, know when they are complete, and manage work in general?
Task assigned and managing will done by the leader depending on strength points for each member and the task it self also.

Each member will do the *ACP* to upload his work on the organization individually befor review them and merge by the leader.

The TL have to review all PR before approve them then merge them after all members accept them.
