Context:

Description of the Change:

  • Add multipole field to transition in Ion Dialect
  • Modify Toml File numbers to adhere to the OQD AtomicCircuit types
  • Add ion.modes operation
  • Add lowering for modes
  • change the location of JSON dumping in IR to be before measurements
  • Add integration test
