Add an additional tab to the QC data monitor to show QC results for methylcap-seq data submissions.
Tested in the development environment by checking the QC data monitor output against the development database.
Did reveal that the issue #95 in the QC automation repo does have some downstream effects on the
Phasetab of the QC data monitor.
