This adds generated API docs to the website. It extends the existing Statiq.Web project to use Statiq.Docs and adds a bit of styling on top to fit with the existing site (about as much as I could bear)
It can be seen here https://rob-hague.github.io/CsvHelper/api/CsvHelper/
It also adds a GitHub Action for publishing it (it's what I used to get ^)
And it deletes the existing website files from the repo since they are just build artifacts (that some PRs are trying to update)
