By introducing custom serialization methods for `RecordInstanceIdentifier` and `RecordRepresentation` less data is stored in the database when deferring records. This also avoids serializing environment-dependent temporary internal variables within the object, further reducing the data footprint. This feature includes an Update Wizard that converts deferred operations to the new serialization format.
Reinstates the content of three files that lost their content during an update with main branch on GitHub.
The UpdateWizard is duplicated by ReNamespaceDeferredOperationsUpdateWizard.
