Enforces weapon whitelist by removing banned weapons and giving allowed weapons
Make a config like the example config and put it into addons/sourcemod/configs/ffwl.
Use ffweplist_file FILENAME.cfg to set which file to use.
Change it in your server's main cfg to keep it over map changes
Use ffweplist_reloadconfig to reload the config.
Make sure the plugin is enabled with ffweplist_enabled 1 when using it.
