Demo Scenarios
User enters clinical note by typing only including ".staging T2N0M0" with text before it and after it. The clinical notes should include .NAME, .AGE, and .GENDER. Actual note to type TBD.
- Clear clinical notes editor panel
- Enter heading "Assessment of Pathology Report" and make it bold.
- Type "Reviewed pathology report for .NAME who is a .AGE .GENDER with Lobular carcinoma of the breast as diagnosed on click on diagnosis date summary item insert button"
- Type ".staging T2N0M0"
User enters clinical note by dictating using Dragon Naturally Speaking including ".staging T2N0M0". Also dictate .NAME, .AGE, and .GENDER.
User enters clinical note by typing ".staging " and then using form-entry on right to choose T N and M values (2,0,0)
User enters clinical note by typing ".stage " and then using right panel to choose TNM values and determining the stage (e.g., IIA) which gets put in clinical note.
User enters clinical note by inserting a template and filling in fields
User enters clinical note and inserts existing summary items from summary into clinical note.
User reviews current patient pre-encounter using summary and corresponding clinical notes (ability to open clinical note containing a value from summary?)
User reviews existing clinical notes, summary (including timeline) on a tablet while talking to patient
User reviews existing clinical notes by going to notes from summary items where values were provided
User searches for diagnostic date in existing clinical notes. Once found, user turns it into structured data appearing in summary.
