Adding https://github.com/timvink/mkdocs-git-revision-date-localized-plugin and https://github.com/ojacques/mkdocs-git-committers-plugin-2 plugins to the python environment to enable date created, date las t modified, and contributor icons to the bottom of each page.
The contributors icons are limited to 4 currently with a bubble displaying the additional number of contributors for a given page.
Also adds the GitHub repository link/icon to the top right of the screen (search is shifted towards the center slightly next to the link).
