Copies and splits the legacy parsing and rendering components into separate modules, and updates them for the new API and behavior of mistune 2.0. The sphinx module is updated to use the new rendering module, and the test suite and example document is updated to match. All configuration options previously available to sphinx have been removed or ignored. Defaults have been chosen to retain meaningful functionality.
