Update validator and delegator pages for browser wallet

Purpose

• To update the documentation related to validation and delegation to correspond to the new GUI and workflows.
• To add information about unsuspending/unsuspending validators.

Changes

The following pages were updated:

• Add a validator
• Change validator options
• Stop a validator (new page, info used to be included in Change validator options)
• Suspend/Unsuspend a validator (new page)
• Delegate to a staking pool or passive delegation
• Remove delegation to a staking pool or passive delegation
• Update delegation to a staking pool or passive delegation
