基于OpenCV的无人机目标跟踪/物体跟随/循迹

使用说明

在bebop的工作空间下安装bebop_ws包并编译
启动launch文件：roslaunch bebop_tools bebop_nodelet_iv.launch
下载follow在src下
启动py文件，注意此时需要摄像头内有待检测物体
