on the PBE and next update, Riot added very aggressive datadog telemetry service, this tracks literally everything you do in the client and reports it back, this update disables this to preserve privacy and prevent bans.

Fixed a critical issue where sentry tracking wasnt being disabled because Riot changed the endpoint for sentry config. Not blocking sentry tracking can cause or increase the chance of being banned since thats how Riot tracks most client modifications.
