1. Improved formatting and corrected minor grammatical errors. 2. Changed the discussion method from an email list to an online forum. 3. The "Software and Documentation Support Team" section has been updated to address situations in which an organization has not been designated.

Switched to man select an organization in case one can not be found, and the actions to if one is not specified.
