feat: Network Firewall-Policy - Added missing properties

Description

Closes #3607
Fixes #4229

I was not able to find a reliable source to determine which properties are mandatory and which are not, so most are now considered optional - relying on the user to 'know'. The module owner may have more experience in this field and be able to update this in the future.

Also updated the used UDTs to the common-types utility module.

Finally updated some defaults to pass the WAF tests.
