Simple Sample without replacement with transient storage. Updates how certain functions on the rollup is consumed to work around viem.

Small one here, but if you sample n or n, this would be hitting an underflow.

But in that case, you also would not be using the last override, so you could do:

sampledIndices[index] = getValue(sampledIndex);
if (upperLimit > 0) {
  sampledIndices[index] = getValue(sampledIndex);
  setOverrideValue(sampleIndex, getValue(upperLimit);
}

Diff looks big because of the changes with the view going away on many of these. Also, separate to that, the typescript counterpart tearing itself apart because it cannot call read the usual way, and need to hack around it to make it a view call (to be done).

It seems like this part of the task might be quite large. So I'm considering creating a separate PR to deal with using the wrapper more generally, and then put this one on top such that we should only need to update in the wrapper instead of all over.

We might potentially have bigger issues with the simulate if there are diffs between nodes 😬. #10991 were looking to do similar and points to foundry-rs/foundry#10030 so not sure how much of this we can really just toggle atm, or at least how much of it would work.
