Windows Repairer (Alpha)

Hello everyone,
This is the first (preview) release of Windows Repairer - a tool that attempts to repair internal Windows files and image. It is in early-access (Alpha Stage, version 0.1), any suggestions and commits are highly welcome.

Fun fact: I created this in 5-10 minutes at night just doin' nothing and hanging around.
