Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem exactly, I use the MQTT API to refresh the Meter Command Class around midnight as I capture a daily KWH use in a separate spreadsheet
Describe the solution you'd like
What would be a little easier for use in openHAB is to have the refresh as an MQTT topic at the command class level that could be used similar to the reset topic. Basically, not have to use the MQTT API approach. Furthermore if refresh could also be an advanced HA device that would be great
Describe alternatives you've considered
Continue using MQTT API
Additional context
Doesn't have to be all the CCs that have the refresh option in the UI. The main one for me is meter, but I also use Thermostat Operating State because I have a quirky device. Binary Sensor, Multilevel Sensor and Multilevel Switch could also be useful to some.
WDYT?
