Describe the issue

What is happening?
After including the device, it shows with the "outbound bottom" buttons (up, stop and down). When using the zip screen, the device reports voltage and amperes correctly, but when trying to control the zip screen up, down or a select position an "Failed to call service cover/open_cover. unknown error" occurs.

What did you expect to happen instead?
Zip screen should go up, down or be positioned at the given setting.

@device gets a new light entity when calibrating, when included with S2, this entity does not work as z-wave js logs says entity does not support Command Class Multilevel Switch.
When included without security, this light entity can control the blinds down and up.

Without looking at the logs, this is probably zwave-js/certification-backlog#32 or zwave-js/certification-backlog#30, which are both bugs in Home Assistant.

Will double check to be sure.

Confirmed, this is zwave-js/certification-backlog#32, which is actually a bug in the Z-Wave integration in HA.
