With the recent developments, I have been able to get farther than before. generic_rv64 will not work as a package requires something which uses atomic instructions which isn't in the generic set. Though, building for baseline_rv64 works. I'm up to clang at this point and everything is looking good.

This basically works now if you just comment out that .cfi_label directive. So this can very likely be closed when we upgrade to LLVM 19 which includes llvm/llvm-project#97922. (Same for riscv32-linux-gnu.)
