mite.js is a wrapper for the RESTful mite.api
mite allows standard Cross-Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) requests, which means you can access your mite account from any domain, e.g. using this mite.api wrapper.
Setup Mite using your mite.account & mite.api_key.

A callback function can be passed to all queries as last param.

Additional opptions that can be passed when initializing or for each requst are
- async: set to false if you need to make a synchronous request. Default is true.
- timeout: set the timeout for a request. Default is 60 (= 1 Minute)
