What functionality do you want?
activate “Remove the works of followed users from the search page” on the “Related works” page below the works.

What is the purpose to solve?
to find the creators more efficiently

Does other software have such functions for reference?
none

Additional context
I think it's quite common to find out about new authors from related works.
