Profiling page mentions unmaintained WinCacheGrind tool #134

The page at https://xdebug.org/docs/profiler mentions the unmaintained "WinCacheGrind" in the intro blurb, but the text mentions QCacheGrind (which at least has a recent Mac formula, and the Windows version seems to work, as well).
