Mysql options doesn't support hosts #1

It seems that in the mysql options, there's no check for what the host is.. Would be helpful for dreamhost users like myself.

Also, unless I'm missing something, :username is the default for accessing the login name, not :user.. Am I mistaken?

Both are fixed in HEAD, I'm trying to sort out the gem currently (seems github doesn't have the latest)
