Dynamically generate args table in Payload Factory mediator

Current Limitation

In the current payload factory mediator UI, we are always showing the args table. Ideally we should show it if the user has defined any args in the payload template.

Suggested Improvement

Dynamically add a new row in the args table when the user define an arg in the payload template
