Verify the content on the How to Work with Transactions page

Description:
The How to Work with Transactions page has been temporarily hidden from the live documentation space, and a redirection rule has been added (via #1022) because the content and images contain outdated information. We need to verify the accuracy of the content by testing the steps. Once this is tested, we need to update the page, uncomment the entry in the mkdocs.yml file, and remove the redirection.
