I mistakenly upgraded DS to an alpha version (5.x) that was abandoned. This does the work of downgrading it back to 3.x.

Display suite is now at a supported version:
https://develop-wriflagship.pantheonsite.io/admin/reports/updates

This downgrade would affect frontend work, and VR tests are looking good, so moving to Ready to Deploy
