Vuetify3 is still undergoing development with breaking changes introduced, e.g. related to #738. This has also caused other issues in the past, when components have been moved out of labs into main.

To avoid future issues, can we pin the vuetify version in the webapp at 3.7.0 (the current release), we currently pin to >= 3.4.0.
