[Feature Request] Simplify Deployment by Removing etcd Dependency and Supporting MySQL as TopoServer

Background

Currently, wescale relies on etcd for service discovery. However, to enhance deployment simplicity and reduce dependencies, there is a need to remove the dependency on etcd. This move will streamline the deployment process and make it more efficient.

Proposal

The proposal is to transition from using etcd to leveraging MySQL as the TopoServer backend in the wesql/wescale project. This transition aims to simplify deployment procedures, reduce overall complexity, and improve the manageability of the project. By making this change, the project will achieve a more straightforward and efficient deployment workflow, benefiting both developers and users.
