content 直下にファイルを置いていくと管理しにくそうなので

content/年/月/タイトル.md
content/年/月/日付-タイトル.md

のようにするのはいかがでしょうか？

記事のファイルのヘッダーには、20230101 のように日時を記入した方がいいように思えます。
